How do I create a shortcut for Itsdeductible?

The shortcut on my computer for itsdeductible stopped working. How do I create a replacement?

I went to my desktop with chrome.  I found 2 ways.  

1.  You can click on the 3 dots on the right end of the address line and select More Tools.  Then on Create Shortcut

2.  You can highlight the address and drag it out to the desktop.  You probably need to shrink your Chrome browser window to see the desktop.  I made a screen shot

ItsDeductible is an online website or an application for an iOS mobile device and requires iOS 9.0 or later.  Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

It is not a downloaded application you can install on a personal computer.

Try dragging the url address line to the Desktop.
Or highlight the address and paste it the Desktop
Or maybe you can right click on the address and send or pin to desktop.

Well if you want to use the URL as the shortcut, then right click on your desktop screen.  Click on New and then on Shortcut.  Past the URL <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/itsdeductible/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/itsdeductible/</a> in the box shown.  Then name the Shortcut on the next window.
