To enter information on your energy-efficient vehicle, follow these steps:

In TurboTax, open your tax return:

1. Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Deductions & Credits on top of the screen.
2. Scroll down to locate the section Cars and Other Things you own and click on Show more .
3. Click Start next to Energy-Efficient Vehicles.
