How can I Get the Stat of Illinois program to accurately calculate my property tac credit

The State of Illinois program dose not seem to calculate the Property tax credit correctly.has anybody else run across this ?

I just looked at my IL Form ICR and it is calculating the property tax credit correctly (5% of the property tax).

If you have indicated a portion of the house as a business deduction, it lower your credit.
