How can I get my stimulus money back after child support took the whole payment

I was suppose to get 1400 dollars for the stimulus package. Child support took the whole payment from mi

You cannot get the tax refund back since you had back child support owed if you claimed the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2021 tax return.

Your tax refund can be seized for back child support or back taxes; the entire refund including the 2021 recovery rebate credit (stimulus payment) is subject to being seized for the debt you owe.   You will not be receiving it.  It will be applied toward the child support you owe.
