How can I file withheld Taxes on Form 1042-S

Early last year, I was on F1 status, but later, I got my Green Card. Now, I want to file my taxes as a resident, but I have received 1042-S from my school (with withheld taxes). Where do I input this withheld tax? I can't seem to find it on TT online.

(a) When did you enter the USA with F-1 -- I am looking to find if you were on exempt status for 2024 ?

(b) exact date when your status was adjusted  ( the GreenCard tells you this date ) ?

 

Most likely you were a dual status person for 2024.  And this may mean that you have to file a dual status return -- 1040-NR and 1040.
