How can I enter three Dates Paid on my CT state tax return (Primary Residence Property Tax Information) when only 2 lines are available on the form?

There are only two lines for property taxes paid on the CT return. 

If you paid primary residence state property taxes in 2019 and for 2019, you can add together two of the amounts to claim the full amount.
