How can I change my answer to the financial account in a foreign country if I accidentally clicked "yes" and now I cannot find the question.

Here's the quickest way to navigate to the foreign bank accounts questions:

Open your return interview.
In the left column menu click on TOOLS, then when the menu expands choose TAX TOOLS.
Then in the Tools window click the blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
In the search line enter foreign accounts without quotes.
In the topic list scroll down and select foreign accounts and trusts, questions on Schedule B. (It may already be highlighted.)
Either double-click that selection, or click the blue GO button.
Next screen should be: Tell Us About Any Foreign Bank Accounts.
