To claim a deduction for a donation to Goodwill, you must be itemizing your deductions (as opposed to using the Standard Deduction). To enter your donations, type " charitable donations" in to Search. Click on the "Go to Donations" button. Answer "Yes" to "Did you make any donations to charity in 2018?" The program will guide you through entering your charitable donations.
