- Hi I’m foreign, I don’t live in US - I have a EIN sole proprietorship - Im a new Amazon seller US - Amazon ask me to choose fill form W8-Ben or W9, but I don’t know

Which is the correct form for me?

A W9 is for a US person. If you are not a US person (meaning a nonresident alien) you use form W8
