Hi all, I have used 5000 of Flexible Spending Account, but still I had to pay out of the pocket 5600 more on daycare expenses, is child care credit possible after FSA?

That depends on how many children you have in daycare. Only the first $3000 per child per year are used for this credit.

You should complete the Child and Dependent Care Credit section, even if this is for one child. If your W-2 form shows a Dependent Care Benefit in box 10, that amount will be added back into your taxable income unless you complete the section on daycare.

If you have two or more children, you may get some additional credit as well.
