Hello - on the online forms, I'm trying to enter the Tax ID for a child care provider (daycare) - but there is not field to type it in. Thanks!

On the online form, no field\space to put in the actual taxID - only EIN\SSN\Other details but not the basic Tax ID info (which I have) - anything I'm missing in the interface?

Tax ID and EIN are the same thing.   Do you have a nine-digit number from them?

Thanks - I do. However when I submit the next page lists the number as 'EIN' and under 'Tax ID' there is '-': in this case will it populated in the correct place in the final form? Thanks!

To clarify - you have to put the hyphen in the input screen, however if you put it under the EIN field it looks like this (hyphen is equivalent to 'NA' in the system I assume):

Will it still populate correctly on the final generated form? Thanks!
