Has anyone received confirmation that your FBAR was received by FinCEN via TurboTax's new FBAR product?

I decided to try out the new FBAR product offering TurboTax added for Tax Year 2024. It has been a few weeks since I filed my FBAR through TurboTax, however:

 

1. My FBAR still says "Pending" on the TurboTax portal

 

2. I never got a follow-up email saying that FinCEN received my FBAR. I only got an email from TurboTax stating that they expect a confirmation in 2 business days.

 

3. The Submission Status checker lookup by email address on FinCENs website states they have never received an FBAR filing associated with my email address. Is this expected because TurboTax filed it on my behalf and my filing is not associated with my personal email address?

 

Has anyone been able to successfully file an FBAR through TurboTax?  With significant penalties for failure to file this form and TurboTax charging $49, I would expect to feel very confident about this.

You should have received an email acknowledging acceptance of the FBAR on or around the 25 March.  Please check junk or spam filters if you don't see it. 

If you can't locate the email, you can contact TurboTax Support to request your submission ID.  We can't provide that information here due to privacy restrictions as this is a public forum. 

The FinCEN lookup tool won't find submissions that weren't filed directly on the FinCEN BSA filing site.  TurboTax uses a different tool to transmit the data to FinCEN.
