Got bachelor degree overseas and working on graduate degree in US qualify AOTC

I got bachelor degree in another country and didn't applied for AOTC, not I am attending a graduate school against a degree; Am I still qualify for AOTC? I'll have to answer that I didn't get a 40-year bachelor's degree to qualify for Turbotax's AOTC

No, the AOTC is only for the first 4 years of study when working for a degree.  Graduate studies are not eligible for the AOTC.   

 

You are eligible for the Lifetime Learning Credit.
