Form 8889 - Incorrect amount on line 6: Line6 shows amount equal to line 9 instead of line 5 (7000$ for familly HSA). Is this turbotax error ?

I have HSA and covered entire year. My wife is covered under my HSA. We have not made any contribution to the account and where covered for entire year. The only contribution in 2019 was made by my employer which is correct on line9. According to instruction line 6 should be equal to line 5 or should be split into 50/50 between spouses.  The amount put in line 6 its definitely copied from line 9. Please advise.
