For form 3506 child and dependent care expenses form, its asking for a provider number and I deleted the information I had before. Its not letting me file.

I had previously entered care provider info in the federal taxes part, but I removed the info, in the state side its still asking me for the provider info even though I deleted it. Its not letting me efile without it.

If you do not want to get the credit for Child and Dependent Care expenses, this answer from JotikaT2 says to take the following steps:

Go into the federal section of the program.

Select Deductions & Credits
Select Child & Dependent Care Credit
You will see a question asking Did you pay for child or dependent care in 2021? Select No.
This will remove the credit from being generated on your return.
