For 2018 and beyond, may I use 529 funds to pay for my sons before and after care (both are K-12)? May I also continue to put 5,000 into FSA for the before and aftercare?

With the next tax law, i am trying to understand what i can use the 529 funds for.  I believe i can use them for K-12 before and aftercare for both my sons, as my wife and I both work.  Prior to 2018, I contributed 5,000 annually into a FSA to pay for younger son's daycare and now that he starts Kindergarten this September, I want to see if i can continue having an FSA in addition to using the 529.

As of 2018, 529 plans can also be used for private elementary and high school. Parents can withdraw up to $10,000 per student per year to spend on tuition, but not on additional expenses or activities which is what the day care is considered ... but you can continue to contribute & use the FSA.
