Federal Review: 1099-B has a disallowed wash sale of $0.19 imported. Review has it rounded to 0. error...

During federal review, 1099-B (imported form) pops up with an error "wash sale disallowed".  Import amount was $0.19 and 1099-B rounds down to 0.

Review says cannot be zero, but cannot edit the amount.  Stuck.
