Federal QCD recognized and handled properly, but there is no QCD reduction in the Ohio used AGI

I followed the instructions for the 1099R's I received from Allianz, and declared that they were RMD's and all donated to a qualified charity. Everything went well, the 1040 AGI was reduced accordingly and all went as it should. Then, I hit a snag in the Ohio 1040IT, it DID NOT adjust the AGI it used to accomodate the direct transfer of funds (RMD's) from Allianz to the qualified charities [501 (c) (3)'s] and my Ohio taxes went up by a factor 2. Is this because Ohio does not allow QCD's as the federal 1040, or is it a bug in the transfer of data from the federal form to the state forms.

In testing this, the Adjusted Gross Income amount that transferred to Ohio Form IT 1040, Line 1, from Form 1040, Line 11, included the non-taxable QCD amount, so doesn't need to be adjusted.

If you can give more details, we'll try to help.
