You should be able to file by end of next week.

Federal Individual Form Availability.

It’s now been almost two weeks and I’m still running into the same issue.

You should be able to file now with Form 8915-F for reporting a disaster distribution from 2020.

If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and open TurboTax.

Type '1099-R' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to 1099-r'.  Continue past the summary, and you should be asked about 'disaster distributions' starting on the next page.

You will need your Form 8915-E from your 2020 return to enter the amounts requested.
