F 8283 'Enter the entity name and identifying # from the tax return where the noncash charitable contribution was orig reported, if different from above."?

We have normal cash and non-cash (household good, clothes, etc.) donations (valued with It's Deductible.  This is new to form and at top under our names, SSN, etc.

Did you make a non-cash deduction that you were valuing at more than $5000?

no, largest non-cash was under $400, with some multiples to same organization. Largest total was > 1K. Had a cash for $13,000 (church, each week)

Double check your entries, you might need to delete all your charitable contributions and start over.  The question is referring to section V of form 8283.  That section must be filled out by a representative of the recipient organization (name, address, tax ID number and signature of an official), but only if you donated more than $5000 worth of non-cash items.  So I suspect you made a data entry error and the program thinks some of your money donations were items.  I can't think of any other reason for the program to ask you the tax ID number of the recipient organization.
