Excess HSA contribution question

My wife was covered by her company health insurance & contribute $2000 HSA (self + employer contribution)

I covered myself and kids with my company & contribute $5200 (self + employer contribution)


The limit for HSA 2021 is $7200.

Why turbo tax flag this as we made excess HSA contribution by $3550?
And how do we correct this?

We figure this out.
The wording is not clear - Looks like this is our excess contribution from last year.
