Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit for 2022 - is it 10% or 30%?

I thought Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (not to be confused with Residential Clean Energy Credit) was only 10% for 2022, and then it's 30% starting in 2023. But this IRS page says it is also 30% in 2022:

 

  • 2022: 30%, up to a lifetime maximum of $500

 

Is that page wrong? I only took 10% on insulation materials I bought in 2022. Should I amend 2022 tax return, so I can take 30% credit?

The Form 5695 Residential Energy Credits for tax year 2023 has not yet been finalized in TurboTax.

The Form 5695 is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 02/07/2024 (subject to change).
