elective deferrals for 403 b credit for qualified retirement savings contributions

Turbo tax doesn't ask correct questions to enter this info

Contributions to a 403(b) tax deferred retirement account sponsored by your employer are entered in the W-2 box 12 with a code of E.  Those contributions are not entered anywhere else on a tax return.
