- $6,557 with three or more qualifying children
- $5,828 with two qualifying children
- $3,526 with one qualifying child
- $529 with no qualifying children
If you are wanting to know if you qualify for the earned income credit please see below:
- You must have earned income
- You must have been a U.S. citizen or resident alien for the entire tax year; and
- You must have a valid Social Security number (not an ITIN) for yourself, your spouse (if filing jointly), and any qualifying children on your return; and
- You must not have investment income exceeding $3,600; and
- You must not be filing a Form 2555 or 2555-EZ; and
- You must file a return with the Single, Married Filing Jointly, Head of Household, or Qualifying Widower filing status, even if you're not required to file a return.
