E-Filing State Tax Return

I use turbo tax to complete my Federal and MN State returns but I also have to complete a ND non-resident tax return due to royalties -- which I just download and fill in (do not purchase thru turbo tax).  Can I still e-file my state return even though I am supposed to include a copy of ND tax return?

I believe you mean you need to submit the North Dakota return because you are claiming a credit for taxes paid to that state on your Minnesota tax return. If so, it would be best to mail the return in, but you could try e-filing it as it may get processed OK without the attachement. If it gets rejected, you can then mail it in.
