E-Filed the wrong form for Capital Gains

I am an international student in the US and I e-filed my 1040 NR this year. But I filed the stock capital losses and the bank referral bonuses in schedule D instead of schedule NEC. So, I happened to get a little bit more tax return than I was supposed to (around 50 dollars). Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Is there a penalty for this?

You would file a 1040X to amend your tax return.

But just to be clear, you didn't use TurboTax, right?  You are asking your question on the TurboTax website, but TurboTax is not able to file a 1040NR.  If you did use TurboTax, I recommend going to a tax professional to correct things.
