Does parent need to enter 1099Q & 1098T information to Turbotax (desktop) if the parent is the recipient on 1099Q and ALL distributions are offset by eligible Daughter (beneficiary) bachelor degree education expenses?

You should enter the 1098-T if your daughter qualifies as your dependent, since you may be entitled to an education credit on your tax return. If the 1099-Q form is in your name, you should enter it in order to account for it on your tax return, as the IRS will look for the entry on your return. You should enter the 1098-T first in order for your education expenses be accurately accounted for.
