Does my spouse need to file a separate Fbar 114 if my foreign account has more than $10000 and we are filing tax jointly?

My spouse and I filed tax jointly this year, and I am working on the fbar form 114. Only my foreign accounts have more than $10000, these accounts are purely under my name and my husband doesn't have any authorization on those. My spouse's have foreign accounts only under his name but the amount of money doesn't exceed $10000.

In this case, I understand I need to fill out Fbar, but does he also need to file a separate Fbar?

No, if your spouse does not have an interest in a foreign bank account exceeding the $10,000 threshold, not joint ownership in your foreign bank accounts,  he does not need to file a separate FBAR. Please go here and read the information under Who Must File an FBAR for more details.
