Does anyone know how an FSA works with drug rebates? I use my FSA for out of pocket expense but the drug manufacture offers rebates to help with my out of packet.

You should only use the FSA for the amount you will be out of pocket after any discounts or rebates are applied.  So if the drug costs $20 and the rebate is $5 then all you can take from the FSA is $15.
