No, don't report medical expenses paid for with HSA funds in "Medical Expenses" section of Deductions & Credits.

However, when you enter your 1099-SA, TurboTax will ask you if you spent all of the distribution on medical expenses and if not all of it, how much. There, you should report the medical expenses paid for with HSA funds.

Because HSA distributions are tax-free when spent on medical expenses, if you itemized the expenses as well, you would essentially be taking the same deduction twice.

Here is a helpful article about HSA accounts: What is a health savings account (HSA)?

Yes, you must include the amounts that you paid with distributions from the HSA.  When determining the amount that is reportable on Schedule A, TurboTax automatically subtracts from this total the amount paid with distributions from HSAs and includes only the remainder on Schedule A.
