Do I need to file form 1116

While working on my 2021 tax return, I got the following message about the foreign tax credit section

"Tax forms to revisit

This is just a quick reminder that we need to work on the tax form in your return that were previously under construction. We've listed them below. If your forms still aren't available, we'll help you complete them on the dates shown.

Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit

Available 0"

Does this message mean there's no form 1116 available for me to work on (ie I do not need to file form 1116) or does that mean the form is still not available on Turbotax and I'll need to wait for it to become available before I can file this year's tax?

From my brief search, it seems like I don't have to file form 1116 since all my foreign tax credit were reported on form 1099-DIV from the year 2021 and is less than $300.

Thank you

it could be how you entered the FTC info.

all that should be entered to avoid the 1116. is the FTC and use "various" for the country
