Do I need to file an AZ non resident tax return for selling a property with no gain or loss?

Live in California and sold second home in Arizona owned for over 5 years.  Turbo Tax calculates no gain or loss on Federal tax return.  If so I believe all $ entries will be 0 because of no gain or loss plus county taxes have been recorded on Federal tax return.
