Do I need a Schedule to account for $168 tht I get each year from my former employer, partial reimbursement for long term health insurance.

No, you do not need to report this as income, unless you are itemizing and taking a deduction for the long term health insurance. Then you would just need to enter it as a reimbursement when you get to the end of the medical expense section.
