Do I include RSU vested while I'm overseas as part of my foreign earned income total? I'm hired by an overseas employer and being taxed in this country for RSU's vested.

Yes, if the RSUs vested while you were overseas, you could exclude under FEIE.

In most cases, yes- if you receive vested US RSUs while working overseas, it’s likely that they count toward your current year earned income in your resident country and are subject to local tax.

Hi @MaryK4 , sorry I meant on my US tax filing, do I include this amount from the vested RSU's as part of my foreign earned income. Can you clarify?
Thanks.
