Do I have to file FBAR next year if my foreign account is below 10k ( I filed FBAR for 2023 because it was over 10k)?

I had over 10k in a foreign account in 2023, so I filed FBAR for it in 2024. That amount went below 10k before 2024 and will remain that way.

The question: do I need to file another FBAR stating that the amount in the foreign bank I have is below 10k in 2024? Do I also do that for subsequent years (2025, 2026, etc....) Is there a way to let them know that my account is below the threshold and not have to file it

No. You don't need to notify anybody that your foreign bank account did not reach $10,000 at any time in 2024.

Just don't file an FBAR for 2024 in 2025, and for any future years when the account is below $10,000.
