Deduction for doctor, dentist expenses, etc. There is 0 in the box and I cannot enter my expenses

I cannot enter the expenses we've had for doctors, dentists, etc.  THere is  0 in the box and I cannot change it.

If you are unable to type into the boxes in Federal > Deductions and Credits > Medical, then clear cache and cookies, and try a different browser.
