You would need to enter it under the Deductions section. Day camp or summer camp fees, even for camps centered around a sport or activity, qualify if the camp was selected to provide care while the parent or parents were at work. However, overnight camps do not qualify.
What is your question about extension?
@mhiciano Thanks for the question!
@mhiciano You have until Oct 15th, 2024 to file your 2023 taxes. But if you have any payment , it was due to be paid on April 15th. The extension was for filing the return & not paying taxes. Any unpaid tax due will keep accumulating interest & penalties until they are paid off.
If you are a qualified taxpayer or authorized representative (Power of Attorney) you can apply for a payment plan (including installment agreement) online to pay off your balance over time.
