Conflicting information about filing the 1042-S on TurboTax?

I found three solutions to file 1042-S,
(1) To report the 1042-S income:
Take me to my return>Jump to link>Do you want to enter your higher education expenses?" answer Yes.> Answer "Did you get a 1098-T from school for 2021" and follow the prompt
>>>> This will lead to creating a 1098-T form
(2) Report federal withheld tax (7a):
>Search "Take me to my return">search "estimates paid" and click "jump to">find "Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid>> Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099> Click Start
>>>>These two solutions are from https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-credits-deductions/discussion/how-to-enter-1042-s-in-turbotax-deluxe/00/726973

(3)Another way to enter 1042-S (Must upgrade to use this function):
>> Less Common Income>> Miscellaneous Income>> Other Reportable Income>>
Any Other Taxable Income?>>Yes>>
1042S income

I am confused with these three solutions and wondering...which one is correct???
