For the past 9 years I have claimed my daughter, because I am her primary parent and she lives with me 12mos out of the year. I started to fill out the dependant part and it ask if there is an agreement with the other parent to claim her. We were never married and he has never claimed her on his taxes. What should I do, should I say yes there was an agreement or no?
