Civil Svs retiree I paid employee contributions for my health premiums (BC/BS).. Where do I list this? Also is my Medicare premium qualifying as a deduction?

Your medical premiums can be entered as your medical expenses. You may see your amount on form 1099-R but the data does not automatically transfer Medical Expenses section.

Here is data entry:

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions and Credits
3. Scroll down to Medical, select Medical Expenses - follow the prompts; you will be able to enter you total premiums;
