Charitable Donations Receipts on Colorado State Forms

If I am claiming Charitable Donations over $5000 on the Colorado State taxes, do I submit only the in-kind over $5000 or every single receipt.  (The actual receipts is more than the amount actually claimed because Colorado either reduces it or all of my donations didn't 'qualify'.)   Turbotax printed an E-filer attachment but the form vaguely states "all applicable receipts."  So what's applicable?  Is it every receipt or just those in-kind over $5000?

You do not need every receipt.  You must provide an appraisal for a single item contribution of in-kind items valued at $5,000 for one item or a group of similar items.  The IRS Form 8283 can be used for substantiation in addition to the receipts.
