Cannot do married-jointly file due the non-residents(spouse and I both hold the J visa). Can I still report the mileage after adding my name on the vehicle in this year, 2020 for Uber driving in 2019?

I cannot file the married-jointly since we are not the residents(my husband and I have J visas). In this case, the vehicle was on my spouse's name last year. My name was added to the vehicle beginning of this year, 2020, but my Uber driving was 2019. Can I still report the mileage deduction for 2019?

As a nonresident alien you cannot use TurboTax as the program does not support IRS Form 1040-NR, U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return
