Can you use a HSA to cover expenses from Planned Parenthood?

 There is no blanket answer because I don't know what services might be performed. However, you can use an HSA to pay for medical services  including physical exams, abortion, and contraception.   So I expect that most services provided by Planned Parenthood would be allowable.
