Can you claim the clean vehicle credit if you leased a car in 2023?

We leased two Tesla Model Y's in March of 2023. Are we able to claim the 7500 federal credit for them or does the dealer keep that? Nothing on our paperwork shows they applied the credit and the Tesla is not helping us at all.

No, because you do not own the vehicle, you cannot claim the clean vehicle credit.  You must have purchased the vehicle.
