Can we take house Depreciation for Home Office without using Form 4562? Turbo Tax printed Form 4562 for House Depreciation for 2019 return. For 2020 return, only 8829.

I have to amend both returns at the same time.

Yes, form 8829 Part 3 calculates the depreciation of your home the form then flows to Schedule C.  There is no need for form 4562 to be included if you are just taking the home office deduction.

Form 4562 is for listed assets.  It seems like you may have entered your home office as an asset in 2019 and just as a home office in 2020.
