It depends upon what you are trying to do.
If you are trying to report the sales taxes you paid as an itemized deduction, you could potentially amend your 2019 tax return to pick this amount up assuming you were able to itemize your deductions.
If you used your vehicle in a business, you could also amend your 2019 tax return to report those expenses.
