Can I still get my check if I didn’t owe any back child support and I have a letter stating that it was all terminated and that I don’t owe back child support

If there are no outstanding debts in the Treasury system, then your refund will not be offset.  If the process to remove the debt has not completed then an offset may happen and you will get a notification.  The notification will have instructions for you to respond with the updated information.
