Can I report dividends from a foreign account without an EIN? I have entered 00-0000000 to keep going, but Turbo Tax keeps taking me to the review screen to fix the EIN.

Is there a specific value I should put in the EIN field for a foreign account to report dividends?

No, you do not need to enter an EIN for dividends when adding them to your return. Remove the number by using the delete key when you are in that field. Enter only the name of the company and your total dividends in the appropriate box. This should allow you to complete your return.
