If you are referring to removing the foreign taxes from your deductions, Yes you can. Here are the steps (online):
- After sign into your account and select Take me to my return
- At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1116 and Enter
- Select Jump to 1116
- Follow prompts
- On the screen, Do you Want the Deductions or the Credit? Select Itemized deductions
- Next screen, remove the amount.
