Can I enter what I paid last year to do taxes in: Let's enter the legal and professional expenses for your Online sales work-Some examples include:Tax Preparation fees

Yes, you can enter any fees you paid for advice on tax preparation in that section.  Now, if you prepared your return yourself and you just paid for the software (i.e. TurboTax), then those software fees would be better placed under the Other Miscellaneous Expense category.
